:+:+:荷葉冬菇蒸滑雞(附食譜):+:+:+涼粉家晚餐(21.12.2012)

由細到大都好鍾意荷葉嘅味.....

荷葉飯啦...珍珠雞...糯米雞....荷葉籠仔蒸飯啦....樣樣我都鍾意~~呵~~

但係呢..就一次都冇整過用荷葉嘅食物....因為...呢度中式超市賣嘅荷葉好大包呀~!!!!

好在...有一次同BLOG友仔嘉嘉講起...佢醒左啲荷葉比我~~~呵呵呵~~~

咁我就有得整了~~!!

第一擊...荷葉蒸雞~~~!!!!


材料及做法:

荷葉一張~~用滾水汆水後沖洗乾淨及抹乾~



吃粟米大的雞 (即係黃皮雞呀~!!呵~) - 洗淨後斬件, 用鹽+糖+生抽+胡椒粉+麻油+生粉醃30分鐘~


薑 - 切小塊~
雲耳 - 清水浸軟後去蒂洗淨~
杞子 + 紅棗 - 用清水略浸後隔水備用~
冬菇 - 清水浸浸軟後去蒂洗淨~

加入雞件拌勻~


荷葉放上蒸盤再加入雞件~


包好後大火隔水蒸25分鐘至全熟~


開飯了~!!!!

今餐有札肉西芹炒粒粒同埋呢個荷葉蒸雞~~


仲有外援馬莎嘅白酒芝士焗蟹蓋~~


好方便...放入焗爐就OK了~~~


仲有湯湯~~~

係猴頭菇螺片煲雞~~

好好味~~

我地食嗰時發現....個蓋...係人造架~~~!!

好得意~~!!

i bought a can of stewed beef from Marks and Spencer. I ate it tonight. It tasted good. But i think it was like 3.5 pounds. Quite expensive for canned food.
[版主回覆01/14/2013 18:04:18]Products from M&S sometimes can be a bit pricy, but quality is most certainly guaranteed! When I was in uni, i did bought some M&S canned curry chicken... so I just had to cook rice... hahahaha!!
