停不了的魚魚湯~~~
今次係紅青蘿蔔煲魚魚~
煲魚湯又可以多薑...陳大少又好似飲到上左癮咁~~~
KAKA又特別開心..係最多功夫在要用手手搣魚肉..
不過都係工多藝熟~等食嘅卡卡又寧舍有耐性~~
魚魚洗淨後印乾水用薑片煎香~
甘荀+青蘿蔔(去皮箱洗淨後切件~
南杏+蜜棗沖洗~
大火滾水加入所以材料, 滾起後守中小火煲一個半小時即可熄火調味~
又係時候開飯了~
有牛筋腩煲+白烚西蘭花+蒸水蛋~~

除左豬肉餅...
我發現左好多男仔都係鍾意食西蘭花架~!!!
陳大少就麻麻地了...佢反而比較偏好中式菜...
係咪因為佢真係比較中式呢~~~~~?

I don't like broccoli, it gives me stomach gas. Fish soup is very good for health!
