:+:+:旺菜豬肉卷:+:+:(附食譜)+涼粉家晚餐05.09.2012

又煮新餸丫...

之前唔知係邊度睇到旺菜蒸豬肉卷...

覺得好得意...又有菜又有肉咁....

不過雪櫃唔係時時有O岩仍地兩個一齊坐陣...

今次就..O岩唒~!!!!

終於就到了~~~


材料及做法:

旺菜 - 8片 (洗淨後瀝乾備用) - 唔好問我點解英國D菜咁擺得....我都唔知...)
冬菇 - 少許 (清水浸軟後洗淨榨乾水後去蒂切幼條)
免治豬肉 - 半盒~



清水浸軟冬菇後洗淨榨乾水後去蒂切幼條



旺菜先用淡鹽水烚至微軟~



隔水瀝乾~



免治豬肉略刴至起膠後, 加入胡椒粉+鹽+生抽+糖+生粉+麻油拌勻~


旺菜平放碟上, 加入豬肉後卷起~


咁就得左喇.....!!其餘O個7件同一做法~


加上冬菇絲, 大火隔水蒸15分鐘即成~~

又係時候開飯了~~



除左有呢個旺菜豬肉卷, 仲有和風薑燒豬肉 + 蒸自家制鹹蛋, 當然唔少得幾日冇飲O既老火湯湯啦~~


其實個菜菜卷..睇落唔多菜..但係食落又真係唔少架啵~~~

幾好幾好...又可以食多D菜菜~~~

Sometimes i do wonder if they spray chemicals on the veggies, cos' it is true they can stay fresh for quite a while!
[版主回覆09/19/2012 17:09:29]honestly i feel the same, but on the other side, it could be something to do with our dry weather aswell... if these chemicals work, sure they would have sprayed them on the veg in HK/China. Well... we will have to live with it...
