:+:+:大眼池魚煲菜乾湯(附食譜):+:+:涼粉家晚餐(13.12.2012)

之前一直忙...DRAFT咗好多篇POST都未出~~一直留左喺草稿度....

要快快手手出唒去先~!!

琴日睇吓自己個BLOG...先發現...我出得最多嘅似乎係湯水...

哈哈哈..因為湯水真係差唔多日日都煲架~

其中一個好鍾意飲嘅湯..就一定會係菜乾湯~!!!

菜乾湯啦...菜乾粥啦...都好鍾意~~~

一打開包菜乾就有好香好香嘅菜乾味~~~

煲嗰時成屋都係菜乾味...

哈哈哈~~~總係覺得呢個味..香得黎好懷舊..好屋企FEEL....


材料及做法:

魚魚洗乾淨後印乾水, 爆香薑片後煎香~~



菜乾浸透後沖淨去沙~
甘荀用蔬菜刷擦淨後切件
羅漢果- 少許
南杏 - 少許~


大火滾水加入所以材料, 滾起後守中小火煲一個半小時即可熄火調味~


是日晚餐: 大眼池魚煲菜乾湯 + 蒜蓉炒豆苗 + 焗泰式蒜蓉雞肉臘腸 + 南乳荀蝦炆豬肉 + 蒸鹹鮮魚魚~



開飯了~~


呢個腸仔...係我上次番香港時去泰國買嘅~~甜甜鹹鹹咁我就覺得幾好味~~ 不過陳大少就唔係好LIKE了~


切左片就放左入焗爐烤一陣~



就係佢啦~~~

哈哈哈...會食上癮嘅荀蝦~


呢個魚魚買番黎時就已經係醃鹹左~~~~陳大少話好味...但係...我就認真覺得佢麻麻地~~~~..好在我有大大碟荀蝦~~呵呵呵~~

你的大眼池魚那裡買的呀? 菜乾湯好"正"呀~, 中超有"西洋菜乾" 都好正煲湯架!!
[版主回覆01/14/2013 19:25:34]喺泗和行買架...急凍貨黎架...用黎煲湯好方便~!!我知呀~~~之前呢..都有買西洋菜乾黎煲湯...有一次有一包..好嚇人...一打開D菜葉位係發唒MO..扔都扔唔切..之後都唔敢再買了~~~

if you can't eat chicken for now, do you want to use quails in soup? I use quails. They taste very sweet (meat sweet) and have no fat even with skin on!
But maybe difficult for KaKa to eat, because there are many bones.
[版主回覆01/10/2013 19:21:20]hey... quails is a really good idea and in fact i used quails for chinese soup before..(Kaka is not a problem she would chew the bone before she swallows ^^) but I dont see quails in supermarket as often now... maybe its time to go for a little trip to Borough Market...

I miss the sweetness of quails !!!!

嘩....妳咁後生都會食筍虾咩.....le碟嘢係我全家之宝嚟嫁....每年過年臨尾煮定一大煲過年食....我地鍾意加埋條「大蒜」一齊炆....諗想都......点解英國會有筍賣呢????

你真係好鬼心水清~!!!!..就算係香港..都唔係時時有荀蝦賣...(我媽咪都仲未買到丫~~呵)...但係呢...呢D係我上年番香港過年時...托我姨姨幫我喺佐敦買架~~~一買買左8包.....我就走私..搬左佢地番黎英國...放左喺冰櫃度~~~~哈哈哈~~~

未試過用魚煲菜乾,幾特別
[版主回覆01/10/2013 00:22:48]係因為呢..先排番去睇中醫...中醫要我戒雞同埋羊丫~~~~咁......湯就飲開唔飲唔慣...但係...KAKA食湯渣同飲湯架..食豬肉又好肥...所以..呢排都多用魚魚煲湯丫~~
