:+:+:啤酒芝士煎焗牛肋扒(附食譜):+:+:(涼粉家晚餐05.06.2013)


唔知大家有冇睇新派煮意的呢~~~?

真心覺得CHARMAINE煮嘅呢...愈黎愈好睇~~~

大少好多時都係陪我一齊睇....所以佢叫我買隻LC 不銹鋼PAN番屋企...

因為CHARMAINE好多次都淨係用一隻銹鋼PAN架咋~~~~睇落去簡單又好味~~~

煮食主要因素....材料靚...(如果唔係真係神仙難變...好怕啲煮食節目人煮咩都落一大堆蒜頭乾蔥...仲要問人地香唔香...咪玩啦...爆蒜頭乾蔥唔香...除非你好大傷風聞唔到囉~!!!)

CHARMAINE係CITY SUPER總廚...所以佢係咁用CITY SUPER嘅材料....佢用嘅...我地喺英國呢邊一般都買到....(分分鐘仲比香港平呢~~~!!)




好啦...就係呢日買左嘅有骨牛扒~~~ (呢個煮意都係CHARMAINE的...不過我又係自己轉轉材料黎就自己咁樣~~)



吋幾兩吋厚又新鮮~~~好正~!!



人地係用迷迭香~~~~

但係我唔記得買丫...

屋企有咩就用咩啦....就係佢~~~上次介紹過的BASIL~~~



LC GRILLPAN 掃油之後加熱~~~要好熱好熱~~~ (平時唔掃油的..今次整呢個...有香草...所以掃左少少~~)



BASIL 加入海鹽+黑椒碎+橄欖油搓勻~



讓牛扒平均地沾上, 最好按摩幾吓...更加入味~~!!



大火煎~



再反轉另一面大方煎~

彎彎地骨位就用火槍燒至表面焦香~~~



準備好MOZZARELLA芝士同埋啤酒~



牛扒表面要完全煎封~



加入啤酒 (大約300ML) , 芝士舖在牛扒表面~蓋蓋煮至芝士融化即可~~



淨番嘅啤酒....飲左去囉~哈哈哈~~~



味道都唔錯的...同平時煎牛扒又唔同...多左陣酒香味~~~

可能因為我落左MOZZARELLA, 所以芝士味不大~~



配菜都係咁上下..牛奶薯蓉+蒸甘荀片~



呢個生熟程度好似好生....但係切落去時又冇出血~~都OK~~~



甜品....係外援....係呀..又係馬莎丫~~~~



都幾好味的~~!! 呵呵呵~~~



我地食扒..陳KAKA冇份食....不過都蒸左魚魚同埋烚左薯仔甘荀比佢架~!!!

I am sorry that I am not typing chinese becuase i am in the office.

Your steak looks fab, I think I will follow your way to do it this weeekend. If you think mozzarella is not great enough, what type would you suggest. Many thanks in advance.

But will go to outlets soon when the eveil co-workers asked me to go for a meeting near the outlet.

I bought a little flower shape ramekins there last time, maybe you find something you like in the outlets?

[I will try to blog it, i found it easy to cook, but hard to blog for whatever reason.] Still loving your purple LC tho. I am looking for Pink, however, so little choice in UK

新派煮意邊個電視台做? ! 連涼粉子都讚,一定好正。我都有留意到某人每次煮餸都用(孖寶)
