:+:+:豉汁蒸班柳(附食譜):+:+涼粉家晚餐(16.09.2013)


呢排出BLOG出得好慢...係因為..我真係一日唔入番唒啲舊BLOG文出黎我都冇咩心機...
但係似乎真係太多相相又太多篇BLOG文了...(有成差唔多2千呀~!!)
一心打算懶懶地想一次過搬唒上黎...點知上載左幾日都係未得~~
唉...睇黎我都係要分開幾PART咁搬了~~

不過呢....飯都係有KEEP住煮啦~~~
今次呢個蒸班柳..係第一次咁樣蒸架..
呢隻急凍班柳之前都係要黎整粟米魚呀嗰啲比較多...

但係上次同BLOG友仔出黎食刴椒魚柳, 竟然就係呢個魚魚囉...
佢又整得OK啵...咁就一於跟一跟..(我成日話整刴椒話左幾個月了~)
因為怕係急凍貨..一滴雪味都唔想比大少食得出...
所以...落足蒜蓉, 豆豉同薑粒~我們愛辣...梗係落埋指天椒啦~

加少少砂糖摏至混合~

班柳解凍後當然係要洗淨同埋印乾啦~~

印到乾一乾之後, 放入LC BUFFET 26內~

搽上薑蒜辣豆豉醬

中火3分鐘,細火5分鐘, 熄火焗10分鐘 (其間唔好打開鍋蓋呢~)
食時加少少蒸魚豉油同埋少少蔥花就食得了~~(如果唔怕肥的, 梗係灒少少滾油仲好啦~!)

因為懶懶地...淨係炒多左一個餸就算了~~

沙茶魷魚炒荷豆~

唔夠菜點算好~??? 食多多生果補番數啦~!!

  2. just for info sharing. I think this fish filet is from Vietnam and i read an article about it. This fish is farmed in Vietnam with a lot of hormones (for faster growth). So, i eat fresh fish ever since

    1. You should consider yourself very lucky being able to buy fresh fish, I rarely see swimming fresh fresh fish over here!! SAD!!! in fact, hormones-wise, it probably applies to a lot of food, I make fish soup because chicken contains high level of hormones as well. Well... ..guess not all food is 100% safe and healthy, o... thinking about it, I dont seem to see any organic seafood round here.
