:+:沖菜蒸鯇魚尾:+: (附食譜)

之前講到... 陳大少特別愛食沖菜
 
因為有小時候嫲嫲蒸魚嘅味道~

不過喺香港拎番黎嘅靚沖菜都就黎食唒了..

下次去中超要尋尋寶~



材料及做法: 

鯇魚尾 (洗淨用廚紙印乾水)


沖菜切絲用淡鹽水浸大約30分鐘


魚底, 魚面魚肚位加入厚薑片
 舖上沖菜條~

無水蒸又得, 大火隔水蒸又得, 放入蒸爐就係懶人涼粉子嘅做法啦~

100度蒸10分鐘至全熟即可~ 

倒掉魚水~


用蒸魚豉油+生抽, 表面加蔥花再淋少少熟油~~~

:+:沖菜蒸鯇魚尾:+:就完成了~!!

浸過淡鹽水嘅沖菜唔會太鹹, 爽口又好味架~

      Thanks for reading :)
      I thought there is absolutely no chance that I could find any 鯇魚 in the UK!! so i was just simply thrilled when i saw them in See Woo!!!!!
      Try the Manchester China Town, maybe they sell them there :)
